To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

友人不吃牛肉，但喜歡沙爹，上網搜尋後發現呢度有沙爹豚肉做早餐，所以嚟試吓。沙爹豚肉麵：湯底夠濃好味，唔係花生類型嘅沙爹，比較偏向沙茶味，麵底正常，豚肉都唔錯無雪味。另外套餐配一份自選麵包同炒蛋。麵包選了奶油脆豬，個包焗得幾好，夠熱又唔會太乾。另外我唔要炒滑蛋轉做腸蛋，味道正常。友人要的炒滑蛋都好味。飲品點了熱奶茶，味道正常。總括嚟講，如果唔食牛肉都有好選擇。呢度堂食位置較逼，餐廳有提供紙巾。留意到外賣比較多，餐廳使用膠飲管，如果可以轉做紙飲管或可分解飲管就更好更愛地球了❤️🌍
