我今日放工後,約同好友去位於沙田石門安群街3號京瑞廣場一期1樓137號舖的豐鍋雞煲食雞煲。環境舒適,坐得舒服。我和好友點左個 滋補螺片花膠雞煲(半隻)$218,十優狀元(黑松露墨魚丸+蝦丸+墨魚丸+黑墨丸+鯪魚丸)(10粒)$108,白鱔片$102,滋潤養生三寶(花膠+魚肚+竹笙)$138,雜菜籃(白菜仔+油麥菜+菜心+唐生菜)$70。待清湯火煱湯底滾起來,就將整碟螺片花膠雞(生肉)放落煲裏滾6-7分鐘(滾起才計時),這時的雞肉最鮮嫩甜美,待食完雞肉;再加清湯做火煱,將十優狀元(好爽口彈牙)、白鱔片(厚切鱔肉好美味)、竹笙(飽滿好味)、花膠(爽口)、魚肚(厚切)、雜菜(新鮮又鮮甜) 。整體黎講係材料新鮮又豐富。
