To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有一段時間無黎沙田美心皇宮飲茶,星期日中午時間過嚟,諗住預先在Food gulu攞定位,但一直都話無需排隊,原來已改了用餐限時90分鐘,估計呢個就係唔使等位的原因,不過可能我去到時已經是中午1點,90分鐘後有好多空位,亦無叫我離座韭菜煎魚餅,第一次食,同我想像嘅完全唔同,好似食緊一舊魚蛋,中間混咗一啲韭菜,味道普通,亦比較油膩煎堆,我覺得係呢間酒樓嘅名物,新鮮炸出嚟之後,好快就賣晒,不過今次呢個煎堆比較細個,皮亦唔夠薄,賣點只係新鮮,有溫度菲林芝麻卷,呢個懷舊點心唔係每一間酒樓都有做,芝麻味濃郁,但係質地唔夠滑,甜度正常,食開少甜的就會覺得太甜了白灼牛肉半生菜,呢碟係較為清淡的,配返加左蔥、辣椒煮過嘅甜豉油,不過不失啦!XO醬煎腸粉,做得唔錯,腸粉夠味,如果可以多一些XO醬就更好最後呢碟非常邪惡,肉鬆鹹蛋炸魚皮,雖然好油,但蛋黃同肉鬆都可以上到塊魚皮上邊,味道不錯呢!

煎堆,我覺得係呢間酒樓嘅名物,新鮮炸出嚟之後,好快就賣晒,不過今次呢個煎堆比較細個,皮亦唔夠薄,賣點只係新鮮,有溫度
