To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天去了沙田遊車河，去了沙角商場吃日式晚餐。餐廳內掛了一些紅燈籠，並擺放了一些日本酒和日本海報，增添了不少日本氣息。春日晚餐有8款，價格介乎於78元至108元之間。雜錦壽司併天婦羅烏冬定食92元。三文魚和油甘魚均鮮甜，八爪魚有嚼勁，加洲反卷味道正常。大蝦天婦羅的蝦肉爽脆，芋頭天婦羅的芋頭綿滑，蕃薯天婦羅的蕃薯不硬。清湯冬烏加有海帶及葱花，很啱我口味。蒲燒鰻魚便當配吉烈炸蝦108元。鰻魚油脂甘香，醬汁少少甜。吉烈炸蝦鬆化。珍味御飯表面有蛋絲和紫菜碎。蜜糖芥末沙律帶有甜味。味噌湯味道正常。散叫燒鯖魚48元，鯖魚油脂甘香，魚肉不乾，魚味鮮甜。不收加一服務費。
