To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

刺身是質素甚高的拖羅刺身,出乎意料的高水準,不輸平日廚師發辨的質素。茶碗蒸蒸蛋也非傳統的貨色,加入了海膽、黑魚子、蜆等海鮮,帶濃濃的海鮮香氣。前菜最後的是熱薰的炸蟹餅,加點新鮮的山葵醬,增加了一點點味覺上的沖擊。

前菜過後到了中段戲肉的鐵板燒部份。鐵板菜色二選一。包括了以小鍋煮的銀鱈魚,或是即燒的芝士鱈場蟹腳。各選了一款,即燒後的鱈場蟹腳肉質帶鮮味及微焦香,再加上熱溶後芝士,味道濃郁。另一款即燒鍋物是汁煮的銀鱈魚,鐵板師傅席前先煎香再加上其他配料入鍋烹煮,最後點燃火焰後呈上,儀式感滿滿。

重頭戲所在的佐賀A5和牛,食客可選擇厚燒或薄燒,經廚師輕輕的一把火一燒,極盡視覺之娛。最後還有鐵板和牛黑松露炒飯,配上味噌湯。再以自家製蜜桃果凍作結,實在是很豐富的一餐。
