沙田麗豪酒店的中菜廳食物相當高質，中菜廳地方夠大，呢到睇到河畔夜景，靜靜地，一家大細黎食飯都好啱～👨‍👩‍👧‍👦叫左一啲餐廳的招牌，包括乾貝汁珍菌煎焗鮮蝦球，有6隻好大隻既蝦球，蝦球沾過粉漿輕輕炸過，咬落好脆口🦐蝦又新鮮，配上炒得好香既菇菌，味道真係唔錯。另一道係鮑汁花膠鵝掌煲，呢道真係好推薦，佢有花膠、鵝掌、花菇、小棠菜，花膠大塊到癲，份量好多，花菇又好大隻，鵝掌炆得好入味，真係真材實料。再叫多左個蒜片燒汁牛脷粒👅呢款好惹味，用黎送飯一流！最後仲送左一人一碗紅豆沙，都好好食🫘🫘🔸乾貝汁珍菌煎焗鮮蝦球🔸鮑汁花膠鵝掌煲🔸蒜片燒汁牛脷粒📍#富豪坊 (#沙田美食)沙田大涌橋路34-36號麗豪酒店2樓
