To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食雲桂香！食吓米線、薯粉，大大碗都幾抵食。通常大商場入面，食肆定價都比較貴，呢間雲桂香喺商場附近，係唔錯嘅平價選擇！熱拌紅薯粉$36- 入面有大量辣肉醬、花生、酸菜，非常重口味。水晶粉口感煙韌，索晒調味料，香辣惹味，唔錯！過橋米線$64- 呢個過橋米線大陣仗啲，店員會幫你將材料倒入去小窩入面，焗幾分鐘就有得食。材料有鵪鶉蛋、蟹柳、墨魚頭等等，墨魚頭都幾爽滑彈牙。不過相信呢度用嘅湯底或者調味料都有味精，食完都比較口渴。
