經理請食團年飯,無得反對,都预左赖嘢,预訂了叫化雞和陳皮鴨湯,即場點了燒雞肝,咕噜肉,上湯浸時疏,魚腸蒸蛋(忘記影相),送綠豆糖水,糖水應是甜的,點解無甜味的都叫糖水嘅,晚市只得幾枱客,已證明一齊,……完。聞到有少少陳皮味和莞茜,但食吾到有肉嘅香味,材料少,根本提升吾起味道燒雞肝吾太硬,吾甘香湯渣,只有鴨無豬肉或豬骨,何來提升到個味道出來叫化雞本身無底味,明知道用雪藏货都吾用鹽”省雞身”,完全失败,反而金針雲耳冬菇就夠鹹味,雪货肉質就更加吾使講啦,500幾食呢隻,真係嘔哂血無味菜難得有正常嘢就係咕噜肉。個魚腸蒸蛋,又係無味嘅,唉!!!人均消费要400幾。
