To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看到每个人都推荐,排队一小时也试了下,店里环境还好就是很挤,坐的都是一个靠一个。吃了最出名的叉烧包,觉得太甜了,本来就是土生土长的广东人都觉得腻,酥皮甜的正常,里面叉烧的汁巨甜,一个都够了。炸鲜奶不错,不是很固体,还是有流动性的,很滑。其他就一般般吧
