To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路过几次，觉得装修比较简单的店（但环境卫生干净），能生存那么久（后来才知道已经开了60多年），应该有两把刷子。叫了一个豆腐鱼腩煲（$105），一上菜很香，特别有很香的料酒味，鱼腩很新鲜好吃，炸粉分量适中不厚，豆腐也很好吃，份量很足，整个煲很好吃，非常推荐。点了一锅例汤（$75），份量有平时一锅雪菜肉丝米线那么大，是青红萝卜瘦肉汤，加了果皮和姜吊味，让味道很好，用料很足，我们汤料也吃了很多。和西营盘的华叔海鲜饭店都是宝藏小店。
