To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我地一行10人,分開兩張枱,每枱5人,一坐低已經係落單個人(應該係老細)面前討論每碟餸分兩碟上,咁就大家可以叫多d唔同種類既餸。到正式落單我地都講到明話係每個餸分開兩隻碟上,問佢做唔做到,佢話做到冇問題。點知到最尾埋單佢每個餸x2,我地問返佢,佢就一好惡咁話我地做唔到嫁,就走開左,留返我地係埋餐個dee到俾錢。我地總共10個人,當中有一個係細路,有8個後生,得其中3個係後生仔。每枱得5個人,有咩可能每枱會叫9個餸加一隻風沙雞?最尾埋單收錢個deedee話係溝通出左問題,我地同個落單個人確認哂,分兩個碟上做唔做到,佢話冇問題幫我地一碟餸分開兩隻碟上。最尾我地俾左雙陪價錢。錢唔係好大問題,係處理手法令顧客體驗感覺好差!
