To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沒有奶茶的茶冰廳，只是一間Cafe，勝價比低

相隔接近三年，路經廣東道順度再幫襯大安茶冰廳，之前都知道係已易手。門面所見，大招牌冇改動，而㕑窗明顯係重新佈置；進入後感覺清新，牆壁貼有懷舊造型的人象，樣貌似曾相識，音樂又係懷舊而且舒情，感覺良好。用餐方面，食物選擇不多，而且價錢有點驚人(要親自感受一下)，樓面只有一位女侍應兼收銀，明顯缺乏招待。叫了撈麵，加一杯凍奶茶，但茶冰廳竟然冇奶茶，最後改了凍咖啡。最後，食物足足等了接近半個鐘才上枱。餐具、清水、牙簽等在水吧旁自便。順勢望一望水吧裏的幕後英雌，二位都………。食物質素一般，勝價比低。整體來講，它對「茶冰廳」這三個字有點脫節，有很大改進空間。沒有茶冰廳的感覺，根本係一間Cafe。
