80年代在香港日本菜是有銭人和商家款客的盛宴。今天日本菜随處皆是,而价錢可以去到幾蚊一件鱼生壽司,普蘿大衆都可亨用。可惜这就把真正的日本菜切底摧毁!今天三人行(其中一个是老人家)就近家门嘗了一顿有様無味的日本菜。沙律粗制,鱼生和壽司基本吃不到鲜味,油甘鱼頭烧得不夠香,只有份量可以接受。
