第二次來「老友記廚房」,皆因想回味上次的豉汁蒸白鱔,反正係油塘地鐵站行過去都係6分鐘左右,食完返屋企15分鐘搞掂😊我們點了晚市三寶$238就有豉汁蒸白鱔、咕嚕肉,另外蔬菜類點了菜心炒牛肉,的確係性價比高的好選擇😄豉汁蒸白鱔能保持水準,擺盤精美,鱔魚肉質鮮嫩,蒸熟後更加彈牙,搭配豉汁的香氣和鮮味,回味無窮!如果你喜歡海鮮和濃郁的醬汁,絕對不能錯過這道美味佳餚❤️咕嚕肉搭配著糖醋醬汁的酸甜滋味,外皮金黃酥脆,內裡保持著肉的柔軟,口感酥脆,係開胃的選擇😊菜心炒牛肉係美味的家常菜,經常外出吃飯的我其實好鍾意食,兼且呢度啲牛肉唔韌,菜心鮮嫩,調味適中,相當不錯👍今日天氣很冷,多點了一個太極鴛鴦炒飯($72),分別以茄汁和白汁作為調味。茄汁部分以番茄烹調,內裏有很多雞肉,炒飯酸甜口味,能激發我們的食慾,亦為炒飯帶來豐富的色彩;白汁部分則以奶油調製,味道濃郁而滑順,爽口彈牙的蝦肉配着白汁飯來吃很配合,很快便給我們吃清光😬
