黑豚腩串,厚燒仙台牛舌,山葵雞肉串,雞軟骨,燒雞髀菇,雞中翼整體燒得夠火候,調味剛好,不逐一去點評了,亮點是雞中翼,圖中見到是攤平去燒,皮脆之餘肉質很結實,像有在運動的雞,有幾分日本吃的味道🤩🧄蒜頭漬 ($48)私心推介,好奇心去叫反而有驚喜,蒜頭很爽脆卻沒有蒜頭辣味,我猜用麵鼓跟味淋去醃漬,溫柔的鹹後段帶微甜🦀唐揚蟹($68)愛喝酒一定要點,帶有海鮮的鮮香又不油膩,炸至金黃酥脆,肉質鮮嫩,跟串燒一樣,看來師傅對串燒炸物有一定實力🍣特選壽司盛 – 霜 ($198)正常鮮味的壽司拼盤,魚生新鮮度足夠,相比之下炸物跟串燒記憶點較突出
