很久未到大角咀英記油渣吃個油渣麵.想起,就在旺角徒步來吃.獨孤一味賣油渣麵賣足多年,小弟對油渣麵的回憶,兩年多前的食評曾經同大家分享過.現今對住碗油渣麵,又會有甚麼感覺?坐下不久,大叫:{一碗大,多渣.}與其說是豬油渣,不如說是豬腩肉.因為吃落沒有油渣的脆口感.現今人聽到油渣兩個字也色變,再將豬肉炸成油渣.這樣會很不健康?同趕客無異?油渣不脆,麵條未經過長期浸煮,口感有點點硬,油渣麵的麵條,正常是軟淋的.雖然多多聲氣,加了大量冬菜之下,又一樣"樹"一聲吃光.喝到湯底清光,又是講一套做一套.人好多時也是如此.
