趁住屋企人生日去食返次4-course dinner set。Chez Bistro位於百樂中心,但內部裝修完全唔會令人覺得係喺商廈入面,枱同枱之間空間幾多,比人自在嘅感覺。餐廳跟足manner嘅serve我哋,不止頻頻幫我哋添水,仲幫我哋鋪埋餐巾。坐定定之後,侍應就捧出一盤暖笠笠嘅法包,喺菜式到前唔洗太餓。一開始以為揀咗個紅莓包,食到外脆內軟又有韌度嘅麵包已經好滿足,估唔到入面仲有大大粒無花果乾,餐前包點都好講究。雖然話係前菜,但份量大到好似main咁。蒜蓉夠晒多同粗粒不在話下,醬汁啖啖牛油香,白酒帶出藍青口嘅鮮甜。平時西餐湯通常都係打得比較稠密嘅款式,但Chez Bistro呢款白菌忌廉湯嘅煮法又唔一樣。除咗將白菌完全打爛,令湯充滿白菌香味之外,廚師仲保留咗白菌粒同肉沫,湯嘅層次更豐富,味道更濃厚。主菜實在令人喜出望外!本來只係抱住一試「本月推介」嘅心態點嚟食,畢竟去扒房,食牛仿似係「不成文規定」,但當試到一次優質豚肉,豬扒絕對唔輸比「王道」!賣相精緻優雅,卻散發住邪惡嘅炭火香。蓋上肉入口油脂香四溢,但完全睇唔見亦食唔到脂肪—肉同油脂分佈極平均!豬肉食起嚟同五成熟牛扒一樣柔軟,原來

美味嘅一餐,以甜品作結。雖然心太軟因為器皿形狀嘅原因冇流出朱古力,但入面嘅lava絕對係夠軟又夠滑,朱古力味濃而不膩,蛋糕亦外脆內軟。
