Fine Dining就一定是價高奢華的餐飲體驗嗎?今次朋友帶我來到位於油麻地的House 000 Bistro體驗了一餐親民價錢的精緻餐飲!基本套餐內容只需$298/位!套餐以外,我們點了半打愛爾蘭Louët-Feisser生蠔,蠔肉爽脆,入口帶有海水味之餘,味道鮮甜,蠔味餘韻悠長!如斯好吃的生蠔,平均不用$30/隻,抵食!套餐的前菜有兩款,我和朋友都選了香烤牛骨髓伴意式香草甜椒多士,牛骨髓充滿油脂香,以鹽及黑胡椒略為調味,面層灑上炸蒜,微微鹹香又惹味!將骨髓精華伴香脆多士一起吃,牛脂香而不膩,邪惡感稍微減退~~每人只得2塊多士,有點不太夠喉!法式龍蝦湯與乾貝南瓜濃湯各一碗,龍蝦湯雖無龍蝦肉,但味道都足夠鮮香濃郁!南瓜湯質感creamy,南瓜味香甜,因加入了乾貝,即瑤柱,多添了一份鮮香味!特色牛扒配精選海鹽,上菜時,店員介紹配備的各款精選海鹽,約略只記得一款是莓味的鹽及一款是海藻鹽,但我和朋友未有吃得那麼講究,不太辨別到配每一款鹽的細微分別。牛扒色澤粉嫩,口感軟嫩富肉汁,充滿牛味!布袋牛柳配自家製燒肉蠔汁,布袋牛柳切成一圈圈的形狀,牛柳中間釀有蠔肉,牛柳軟稔,入口充滿牛肉汁香之餘,伴

餐飲作結尾,凍檸茶雖然不是檸檬片而是檸檬絲,但酸度依然足夠!
這一頓生日飯,由前菜至甜品,菜式富有特色,每一道都令人滿意!精緻盛宴也能以親民價錢享用!
