五月初趁假期與朋友到日本旅行,回港後總是患上「旅行後症後群」,份外想念日本的美食,回港翌晚立即到銅鑼灣鉄人旨花品嚐OMAKASE。廚師發辦每位盛惠$1280,於城中OMAKASE而言價錢合理,尤其餐廳位於銅鑼灣的優越地帶,更加稱得上划算。店內環境寬敞舒適,鮮花裝飾隨處可見,簡約之中更見優雅,一邊空間為享用鐵板燒的座位,而另一邊則為享用OMAKASE的座位。喜愛OMAKASE的原因之一定必是能夠坐於吧桌前一睹廚師精心炮製美食的過程。前菜為芥末明太子、野菜蛋卷及北極貝沙律。北寄貝沙律中能嚐出粒粒北寄貝肉,沙律醬份量適中不會過膩。野菜蛋卷以紫菜及煎蛋皮卷著蘿蔔及青瓜等蔬菜,雞蛋燒香加上木魚絲更添氛香,爽脆軟嫩集於一身,口感豐富。芥末明太子芥末味辣而不嗆,明太子切為方粒相當爽脆富口感。當天刺身為龍蝦刺身,口感獨特新奇,爽脆中帶點膠質,惟不如熟龍蝦一樣龍蝦刺身肉味較淡。鐵板牛肉薄燒卷著香蔥極其香口惹味,牛肉肉味濃且肥瘦勻稱,輕輕一點旁邊的香草醬能令牛肉肉味更上一層樓之餘更能減輕膩感。深海池魚腩肉質偏向爽口,雖然是魚腩部位但相對清爽,沒有過多油膩感之餘魚味較為鮮明。大拖羅向來都是我最愛的吞拿魚部位
