又到Happy Friday,想去間坐得舒服嘅餐廳輕鬆下傾下計,朋友就話去The Grill Room据下扒. 餐廳好近尖沙咀A2出口,行唔使3分鐘就到,上到去,播住輕快嘅音樂,典型高級扒房暗暗地嘅燈光,好有情調,特別之處就係有Bra位,有個開方式廚房,可以睇住廚師係度整扒.16安士燒美國安格斯肉眼扒配黑松露薯蓉,份量好大配有香草汁,燒汁&黑松露薯蓉,睇住扒上面好靚同有規律嘅網紋,有種莫名嘅治癒感,令人好開心,我地叫左6成熟,因為最能夠鎖住肉汁,切開見到好靚嘅粉紅色,就知唔會燒得過左火,食落好嫩滑,又多肉汁,加上好厚身,果然廚師功力好勁,岩岩好配上香草汁,特別嘅香草味同扒好夾,中和左肉嘅油膩感.個人就鐘意唔點醬食,因為係上等美國肉眼,肥瘦平均,好有肉味,可以食返肉本身嘅甜味.黑松露薯蓉好幼滑,滑到好似忌廉嘅口感,入口好有牛油味,但又唔會搶左黑松露嘅香味,兩種口味都好出,太好食啦,我地就再encore多個來食,實在太鐘意.炒新鮮蜆仔配墨汁青檸扁意粉,蜆肉新鮮,帶少少酒香,加上蟹籽,提升左蜆肉嘅鮮味,扁意粉軟硬適中,好有咬口,每條意粉都掛上鮮味墨魚汁,實在太正啦.朱古力千層蛋糕賣相吸引,擺
