和牛丼 - 有十幾塊和牛薄片,然後師傅會用火槍燒,好似炙壽司咁,令到和牛薄片充滿焦香味同埋和牛既油脂香味,然後中間再放咗一隻雞蛋黃,下面就係飯,啲飯應該就係用左啲雜菌煮既有味飯?(我估😅)整體味道就似Sukiyaki,所以好啱我口味。和牛沾麵 - 湯汁香濃厚,拉麵無敵掛汁,湯汁好似話係壽喜燒味道不過就唔似平時食開嘅壽喜燒,因為佢唔係甜味,而且仲裏面仲有啲類似牛肋肉嘅肉粒,好好味,二選一既話,我鍾意沾麵😋
