To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講到五月,每年香港都有法國五月既活動,而法國餐廳都會搞一d French Gourmet 既 Dinner Menu. 所以,我就拉左屋企人一齊去食法國餐,偶然食一餐好d (籍口XDDD)第一個就係冷盤,menu冇既~ 名就唔記得,所以幫佢起名做魚仔鮮茄杯我平時就唔鐘意食蕃茄,不過係d高檔地方食淨野感覺上冇乜禮貌,所以就食埋佢…不過,點知,意外地入口,魚仔係有d咸味,配上蕃茄清甜微酸既味道,仲有配上佢地特制既香料同醬汁,好好食!第二個都係前菜,個名叫 L’ALIGOT,即係芝士焗薯蓉侍應幫我揭開個蓋既時候,一陣芝士既香味就噴鼻而來,因為剛剛出爐,d芝士不斷有泡泡pop出黎,d薯蓉又滑又香,超讚!第三個就係 LE FOIE GRAS ET LE PRUNEAUX D”AGEN,都係頭盤,煎鵝肝配梅乾鵝肝超滑超濃香!唔同街外個心係Jam黎,依個入面個質感較爽,除左有鵝肝,其實仲有一口鵝肝mousse,都幾好食。至於梅乾,我個人黎講就麻麻,因為我唔太好果乾,不過佢既酸可以令到個鵝肝無咁「漏」。主菜終於到啦!叫BOEUF DE L”AUBRAC< SAUCISSE DE TOULOUS

冇之前三道咁有驚喜,不過都好食。幾like底層個蕃茄燴紅青椒,同腸仔牛扒夾。我叫左Medium rare牛扒,不過感覺上叫rare會更好食。腸,普通好食。
食完主菜,就要清一清個口,ROQUEFORT, OSSAU IRRATY ET CONFITURE DE CERISE NOIRES DU SUD OUEST ,芝士配法式藍梅醬

芝士係巴馬cheese同blue cheese。之前食過其他餐廳既blue cheese時,味道有d kang,不過依個反而接受到,依個除左係cheese brand既唔同之外,亦都要有賴個藍苺醬

隔黎係脆簿包,有少少硬,不過可以接受!
最尾就係個dessert啦!PASTIS GASCON,蘋果批加雪糕

幾鐘意個批,聽侍應講個批入面有葡提子乾時有d驚,不過都還好,加上入面有我最愛既松子,所以配上vanilla雪糕真係幾好食,不過雪糕上面個巴黎鐵搭就有d無謂XDDDD
成個set dinner都好鐘意,個餐廳唔會話好大,而且唔會同高級餐廳咁好嚴肅,氣氛幾熱鬧溫馨。
