To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期一的夜晚放工相約了好友飯聚、聽聞中環有間法國菜館由藍帶主廚主理、價錢不算貴、就過去一試吧。餐廳以紅色為主調、有一列吧檯、可邊吃邊看廚師準備食物、地庫還有另一用餐區。餐前先喝點白酒😌先送來師傅每早自家製的麵包、煙煙韌韌、帶點麥香、跟餐湯一起吃更美味。沙律菜幾新鮮、醬汁清新醒胃、上面那球是魚蓉、帶點鹹香。墨魚意大利飯熱騰勝的意大利飯送上、忌廉汁奶滑香濃、咬到粒粒墨魚、好香好美味呢。燒春雞烤得金黃色、肉質軟嫩、醬汁調得剛好、薯仔也烤得好香、露筍鮮嫩。
