係太子酒吧街都一排未見過有新店,今日比我見到街頭呢間餐廳又有市場少有既手工啤,雖然多人等,但我今晚決定要飲下手工啤。牧羊人薯批,呢度菜出面都有幾種唔同嘅煮法嘅咁今次呢間我都問過佢係用豬肉混入薯蓉焗的而面層再加啲蕃茄沙律菜同埋黑醋令到味道香濃,而且都幾飽肚。西班牙黑毛豬伴蘋果蓉配薰衣草汁呢道菜式係我最like,就係因為黑毛豬,入口好有豬味,吾講得笑,好味。上面搽左蘋果蓉包圍住黑毛豬,甘樣食法好新奇。配埋薰衣草汁,加左香味一齊入口,推介Frontier Beer有少少水果味道好似係菠蘿感覺係輕身既啤酒,我覺得易入口。Coedo Shiro 加入左幾種水果味道有香蕉等水果香味,覺得麥芽味幾重,滑身口味。Brewdog Dead Pony清爽味道,感覺輕身既啤I will be back
