今日與兩位同事到le voilà午飯。早在上個月研究法國五月節的餐廳時已經發現這餐廳,不過等到6月才有時間來試試。我們不約而同地點了同一款set lunch!* 麵包 + 沙律 *牛油加了蒜蓉,挺好味。沙律正常。* 燒羊T骨 *羊味不錯,略嫌部份位置燒得過熟。薯角超級香口!* Apple tarte tatin with ice cream*跟餐加40元,走雪糕只需加20元。但apple tarte tatin怎能沒有雪糕?? 蘋果是切粒的,味道軟硬度適中。撻底有點過焾,影響口感。* Crème brulee *這款是用較薄的Baking dish, 所以焦糖面積較大而蛋層較薄。而蛋漿亦加入了Irish cream, 不錯。
