媽媽睇咗毛姐介紹,所以兩三個月前已經話要訂枱慶祝我生日,梗係去試吓啦!因為係復活節假期第一日,只可訂到Lunch時段 2:30pm,因為食咗early lunch,所以都唔係好肚餓。Menu上款式唔算多,我哋一行五人,點晒想食嘅前菜主食都未夠最低消費$300(店員喺落單時提醒)。第一次食雞肝醬,感覺無鵝肝醬咁油膩,質地輕d,降低邪惡感。第一次食牛肉他他,好似食緊吞拿魚咁,撈咗生蛋後好滑溜,味道清新。沙律好新鮮,醋汁酸酸地好開胃。炸菇好酥脆,但有啲油膩感。內裡充滿薯蓉,條條都好厚實,唔錯!鯛魚皮好脆,魚肉嫩滑。鴨胸唔鞋口,肉質軟稔,好鍾意食燒番薯,甘筍蓉都好鮮甜。手切通粉,用pesto做醬汁,通粉Al dente,好特別!3粒Madeleines,新鮮焗製充滿好香牛油味,入口鬆化。店員推介我哋食呢個天鵝puff,都算大個,入面嘅吉士醬唔算甜,質地輕身唔覺膩,pastry部份都好鬆化,唔錯,但menu上無寫價錢,埋單先知每粒$118😂,都幾貴,不過生日丫嘛,多謝媽媽!❤️❤️
