呢間餐廳朋友生日時已經嚟過,最鍾意佢個西班牙紅蝦意大利飯,但今次嚟就試下新嘢呢枝氣泡酒mousseux charles de fere入口清新細膩,而且氣泡都好夠,果味濃郁煮到軟腍嘅八爪魚都不失一點爽口彈牙,旁邊係自家製他他醬及蕃茄肉醬,估唔到係咁夾食海鮮,再飲啖酒好滿足另外呢款香煎鱸魚伴椰菜花係必試推介,鱸魚由大廚煎到金黃色,魚皮面層香口脆身,鱸魚本身肉質鮮嫩,再加入法式醋汁令鮮味更出甜品係法國人最愛嘅Seasonal Madeleines,焗到外邊香口入面非常軟熟,仲有濃郁流心栗子醬,旁邊係檸檬味奶油去增加清新味道
