To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假去咗中央圖書館吸下書卷味，呢個充滿回憶嘅地方，留成日都唔會悶，差唔多時間就落樓下醫肚，順便吹下水。S1 招牌煙三文魚白汁碎蛋 $69揀咗牛角包，白汁碎蛋夠晒經典，依然好味。如果覺得跟餐咖啡唔夠喉，可以加$5升級至中size，感覺上抵啲T5b 烘芝士白汁碎蛋小班里尼包配迷你香甜粟米有機鮮蘑菇湯螺絲粉 $48咁岩遇着下午茶時間，香脆Panini配白汁碎蛋，蘑菇湯質感較稀，但味道算濃蜜桃撻 +$22以前好鍾意食呢款蜜桃撻，吉士醬唔會好甜，撻皮鬆脆，水準依然！朱古力鬆餅 $25加熱過先送上枱，朱古力味香濃，微脆外層，鬆軟質感，入邊仲有半溶朱古力粒，趁熱食最正！雙球雪糕特濃咖啡配法式蝴蝶酥 +$29為咗食呢個Cafe Glace，我就無加大杯咖啡，而店員好細心，提我係咪需要後上。蝴蝶酥夠酥脆之餘，仲好有牛油香，配埋特濃咖啡加雪糕，好滿足！
