To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久沒有去Delifrance 吃東西了，今次再相遇，是偶然。那天早上去中環開會，先在環球大廈商場找吃的地方，上到一樓只見大部分商店仍未開門，正想離開，看見一家不起眼的店子有人在吃東西，以為是舊式茶餐廳，行到正門才看見是Delifrance!哈哈朋友，很久不見了看餐牌，喜見較以往增加不少無肉選擇，最後叫了菠菜什菌奄列，熱咖啡菠菜什菌奄列，即叫即製，蛋煎得熱香，菠菜什菌份量恰到好處，配經典百吉包，吃得飽足熱咖啡香醇，在開會前喝上一杯，很醒神尚未到開會時間，可以輕鬆地慢慢品嚐豐富有營的早餐，把身心滋養調適一下，再投入工作。這個再遇，很好👍🏻
