Paul Lafayet好出名焦糖燉蛋! 見好耐冇食過就買個食下~~ 買完之後店員即場係燉蛋灑上蔗糖, 再用火槍燒到焦糖金色, 望見就覺得好吸引! 另外,店員仲有提點記得半個鐘內要食, 如果唔係上層既焦糖會溶晒影響口感, 所以買完急急腳番番屋企食第一淡會有少少脆卜卜既口感, 係面頭個層好香甜既焦糖, 佢既燉蛋好香好滑, 雲呢拿味好真, 食到底層仲會見到雲呢拿子係度食完之後當然會留番個咁精緻既陶瓷容器啦, 用佢黎再整甜品就岩晒喇!
