To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放工之後，同個朋友聚一聚，就會去咗依間餐廳，試吓呢間嘅英國菜。間餐廳嘅氣氛唔錯，餐廳嘅擺設都好靚，仲有一個角落係bar corner。枱與枱之間嘅距離都令人坐得好舒服，唔算好多人，就啱晒一兩個朋友喺到傾下計。呢度嘅侍應都好有禮貌，而都會好貼心，等你食完一碟、收左碟，再問你可唔可以上第二碟。我哋嗌左一碟焗芝士玉米片，玉片上啲醬料同芝士好多，唔會食到最後無嗮，而啲料都好足，係傾計配嘢飲，又想食小食唔錯既選擇。另外叫咗碟半熟雞蛋巴馬火腿芝士煙肉意粉，個蛋真係好流心係溫泉蛋咁款，個汁好味又濃郁，裡面亦有好多煙肉，兩片鹹鹹地既巴馬火腿同啲意粉好夾，份量都算唔錯，真係食過回味。亦點左兩杯白酒，餐廳既酒都係一啲靚酒，配餐廳野食一流。嗌完即刻係隔離bar檯斟比你，值得一試。
