To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看身邊的朋友都對這家cafe seoul推崇備至. 現在身為半個大埔人的我也找了一晚來試試這裡的泡菜是我在香港吃過好吃的泡菜頭三名, 除了古宮跟新羅寶這裡的超好吃因為他們加了不少蒜, 在酸辣度都夠的泡菜中還增添了蒜味, 好吃到添了不少還買了一盒($50,很大一盒)回家慢慢吃紫菜飯卷, 他們做得較大件, 價錢也公道麻油味很夠, 裡面的餡料加起來也好吃, 算是很不錯的kimbap因為泡菜好吃, 所以就點一個泡菜湯, 點了海鮮泡菜湯湯頭就很夠味, 泡菜的酸辣帶點蒜香, 好讚喔! 裡面也有不少湯料, 把飯倒進去湯裡面吸收湯汁每一口都是滿足, 湯頭海鮮味也很突出, 冬天喝這個一定超對味的因為我們夏天來, 吃的時候有點熱這邊的炆牛肋骨也做得很不錯, 肉質軟身, 牛肉吃起來帶點甜因為吸了有紅棗煮成的湯頭. 我很喜歡, 還把剩下的湯汁拌飯吃, 很美味冬天一定會再來吃, 打食評之前幾天其實也去了買一盒泡菜, 實在太好吃了
