To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 多次路經荃錦中心時 見到排了一條長長的人龍,是排隊等買外賣- 脆皮鹹豬手,他們是選用波蘭優質豬手焗製而成。今日見到還有差不多時間就開始發售,而且人龍不長所以便去購買一隻品嚐一下。購票後要再等一會,服務員將一袋袋的脆皮咸豬手送到顧客手中,原來每次是有限額20隻,顧客似領獎般取物,很有趣。取了豬手,聞到很香的味道,要不是在疫情下不得胡亂在外未潔手就去取食,我一定會先咬一口,可惜現在帶了口罩,只可以回家才品嚐。整隻波蘭豬手是未切開的,皮真的很脆,但覺得有點over,所以肉有點兒乾身,但皮就冇一點肥膩感,鬆鬆脆脆,還配上一個黑椒汁,都惹味。以$38 一隻燒好的咸豬手,回家便可送飯送酒,冇得輸。

整隻波蘭豬手是未切開的,皮真的很脆,但覺得有點over,所以肉有點兒乾身,但皮就冇一點肥膩感,鬆鬆脆脆,還配上一個黑椒汁,都惹味。以$38 一隻燒好的咸豬手,回家便可送飯送酒,冇得輸。
