To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前去九龍城吃泰菜,毫無懸念一定揀去「小曼谷」。現在銅鑼灣開了分店,這絕對是港島人的福氣。「小曼谷」門口有大大個火車頭,非常搶眼;座位設計像火車卡,非常有心思!我倆二人行,朋友說甚麼都愛吃,於是便隨心點了各自的心頭好,開心share!沙嗲串燒(每串$24)吃泰菜,必吃串燒!雞肉、牛肉當然好吃,但近年反而更愛吃冬菇串燒,感覺惹味又健康!泰式大蝦柚子沙律($108)柚子沙律的的精髓,是底下的花生碎!跟柚子混在一起吃,少少酸少少鹹,正!泰式酸辣鳳爪($92)好友說愛吃鳳爪,我就奉陪到底陪他吃。不過,鳳爪始終不是我杯茶,吃完唯有跟自己說可補充骨膠原吧!鐵板豬頸肉啫馬拉盞椰菜苗($102)椰菜苗夠鮮綠,豬頸肉夠爽脆!鐵板保持熱度,放久了也不會變涼!泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉($92)一隻隻大蝦鋪滿金邊粉,爽滑彈牙!小曼谷原隻芒果糯米飯($88)雖然已七成飽,但最後我倆還是要多叫個芒果糯米飯才滿足!這一餐,心滿滿的,泰滿足!
