泰式原隻滷水豬手伴酸菜配白飯,慢煮讓滷水汁完全滲透每吋肌膚、每條肉絲,香氣狂野而味道恰到好處﹗豬皮膠膠黏黏肥而不膩,豐富的骨膠原食完即刻靚晒﹗瘦肉位鬆化,不要貪心大大舊塞入嘴仔,要小片小片地慢慢品嚐,搭一小口香飯沾上滷水汁再幾絲甜酸菜,可口無比食慾暴走瘋狂吞噬﹗
泰式太陽蛋酸辣肉碎意粉,不得了的演譯,亦西亦泰舔舔嘴﹗濃稠酸辣汁牢牢地掛滿每條意粉,用叉捲得實在整團釀入口中,其間夾雜大量肉碎,質感及層次感縱橫交錯,滑彈長長的意粉、黏稱酸辣的汁液、嚥韌的豬肉碎,沒有投訴的機會,撈埋即煎燶邊太陽蛋,那有不好食的可能,差點連碟都吞埋啊﹗
泰式冬蔭功大蝦意粉,膽粗粗再街中嘗試製作多次都沒有大廚的功架、沒有大廚的靈魂、沒有大師級的味道,唯有每次都要親臨銷費﹗模仿不了的濃厚酸辣味道,意粉結實完整長啜長有,每一口都充滿杰杰的冬蔭功湯汁,食得我欲罷不能﹗酸辣味使得我格外開胃,越食越肚餓,每次都要加底才能滿足到我的慾望。大蝦燒過再炒,不是走油方法,食落有股特別的焦香味道,蝦肉軟腍、蝦膏甘甜索魂奪魄,拍爛手掌﹗
冬蔭功炒新鮮澳洲龍蝦,足秤兩斤起球走油,酸辣味彩椒甜味滲透其中,炒得肉質結實彈牙,而不會掩蓋其海鮮味道。使得我陶醉萬分,轉眼全部蒸發,只剩下空盪盪的龍蝦殼。
原隻沙灘火焰乳鴿,有趣的名字,點隻來看看吧﹗睡在沙灘椅上的鶵鳥,淋上香噴噴的干邑,即時慾火焚身,飄出酒香及鴿肉香氣,芬芳環繞﹗燒過的鴿皮更加緊緻,散發獨特的酒意﹗原隻不斬不切原汁原味直接咬,不浪費半滴肉汁才是皇道,但為了與朋友分享就要斬件啊﹗先由鴿腦鴿頸開始,頸位脆卜卜又香口、鴿腦甘甜,胸位髀位皮香肉嫩,滷味清新,每條骨都損得乾乾淨淨,連骨頭都不放過,全部嘴嚼粉碎。
香茅檸檬燒原隻春雞,巨形春雞十分壯觀,火雞仔來的嗎?本想手撕直接咬,為了朋友們都要用刀鋸呢﹗每一刀都肉汁噴射,流都成枱都係雞汁,看得見的水潤綿滑﹗我當然搶著要食雞髀,薄脆的雞皮沒半點肥膏,雞肉有著誘人香茅清香,彈滑的髀肉、濕綿的胸肉,食到損晒手指啊﹗
火山排骨,如仙境般,煙霧中尋我最喜歡的豬肋骨,炆得軟墊撈埋甜酸汁醒腦醒神﹗單手拿起一排,兩手一扯,勁多肉食﹗黐骨的肉特別美味特別肉味甜,筋膜爽脆,損得乾乾淨淨,飽飽滿足極度暢快﹗
泰式三文魚他他柚子沙律,切成粒粒的三文魚刺身跟柚子肉及香菜聚沙成塔,酸中有辣、辣中有甜,得意的味道﹗還有三文魚的鮮甜味,酸味有著提鮮的味道,更加可口﹗既開胃又涼浸浸,越食越起勁﹗
泰式豬肉碎生菜包,泰菜其中一寶,必食之選﹗嚥韌滴著汁的肉碎,酸酸的辣辣的,還有香菜及蔥頭的獨特味道,用鮮爽生菜包著大大舊享用,融合必殺無得頂﹗
泰式燒河蝦,細火慢烤要耐心等候,外層有鹽有辣椒粉十分惹味,剝開蝦殼整條蝦肉入口,軟綿的肉質配著甘香蝦膏,只得四隻完全唔夠喉。泰式香茅椰汁雞湯,沒有酸味沒有辣味的原汁原味香茅椰汁湯,濃稠黏嘴,還有嫩滑雞球及清香檸檬葉,滾燙地灌入腸胃,渾身暖笠笠。
蒜蓉炒菜心苗,爽甜翠嫩的菜心苗,充滿菜甜味道,蒜蓉甜而不辛,大注大注地趙趙趙,嘴裡爆汁非常舒服。泰式燒安格斯牛肉沙律,甜酸香菜拼車厘茄當然醒神,即燒安格斯西冷有趙口而牛味濃郁,配搭得天衣無縫﹗
活澳洲龍蝦刺身拼活加拿大象拔蚌刺身,預訂的游水食材,上枱時龍蝦仍在動呢﹗龍蝦肉晶瑩剔透,爽口非常,淡淡然的清甜味道,停不了地一片接一片搶住食﹗象拔蚌刺身甜味非凡,爽爽滑滑的質地,好想自私地盡收肚仔去啊﹗
