To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同家人到九龍城食泰國菜，經過泰皇閣覺得都ok就入左去。門口見到餐廳初一十五都會捐齋菜，抵讚。入到去睇完餐牌就點左串燒，原隻菠蘿海鮮炒飯，馬拉盞炒椰菜苗，芒果沙冰。芒果沙冰-夠晒凍，又香芒果味，口感好好。串燒-點了墨魚丸，豬，雞。燒得岩岩好又夠香，肉質良好。原隻菠蘿海鮮炒飯-好足料，有好多海鮮，仲有好多新鮮菠蘿，有肉鬆在飯面仲有腰果。飯炒得夠乾身香口好味道。馬拉盞炒椰菜苗-辣辣地夠香口,菜翠綠好味道。
