朋友生日,約好大吃一番,又想食泰國菜,一於去番九龍城,呢個泰國菜林立的地方。鮮蝦冬蔭功湯,每次食泰國菜必之選,上枱大到有少少O咀,足足有十碗的分量,而且材料足,啲蝦仲係彈牙到好似游緊水咁。湯味香,辣度中等,香茅味濃,唯一有點不夠酸。泰式串燒(豬、牛、雞),燒的時間剛好,有肉汁,不會乾身,再配上串燒的沙嗲醬,配!!九層塔香矛泰汁炒花蛤,花蛤鮮甜,配上泰式香料的九層塔和香茅,加上辣醬煮成,和港式的鼓椒炒法,相輝映。泰國鄉村明爐烏頭魚鍋,烏頭會先煎香,再放上爐上煮,配上多樣身材(香茅、青蔥、檸檬葉、薑、芫荽)煮成的湯底。魚肉很嫩很鮮,配上開胃的湯底,絕對讚。大圓法包椰皇咖喱雞配椰皇水,外型夠吸睛,餐廳細心在包放了一個碗用來盛載咖哩汁,免得咖哩汁導至麺包變軟,影響口感。咖哩汁不辣又惹味,充滿椰香,配上法包醮汁,你唔好試,因為我要食晒!!!另外,店主亦特意配上一杯椰皇水,小小杯無添加,好清甜。
