去過泰國旅遊,都系成日掛住泰國菜,冬陰功湯啊,辣蝦啊。回味無窮。尋晚同朋友去九龍城唱K,但係唱K約咗晚上10點幾,落班有時間就去咗Mini Bangkok,回味泰國菜。依然都系咁好味。青芒絲沙律筍殼魚(HK$168),D魚炸得好脆,裡面軟軟地,加沙拉覺得好清新,有D辣辣地。味道清新,魚都做得好特別。青檸梳打,呢個就系檸檬特別酸,好好飲,熱天飲呢個我就中意,好過飲可樂。蒜蓓包,脆脆哋,有D蒜味唔會好齋,我一直覺得可以蘸番茄醬食,或者蘸咖喱汁,好想咖喱味。泰式咖哩炒大頭蝦HK$158,nee個用來蘸,好好味。蝦都好大只,咖喱完全可以撈飯。口感很好。咖喱好夠味,蝦肉食落都好新鮮。小曼谷招牌海南雞,雞肉好嫩,我個人都好鐘意食雞皮,滑滑地。食落有D汁下,咸咸地又有雞味。
