近排愛上咗泰國菜,心血來潮走咗去九龍城搵食~ 餐廳位於地鐵站旁邊,可以話係香港泰國美食數一數二嘅代表,多年嚟都keep到水準!食物款式繁多,都需要一段時間先睇得完個menu🤣 炒米粉嘅主要配料包括扎肉、蟹柳、豬頸肉粒、鮮蝦、洋蔥、甜椒、炒蛋等,打開蓋時香氣四溢,濕潤度啱啱好,味道有啲似星洲炒粉嘅濃郁版本,配上滿滿嘅材料令到整體口感更加豐富😌滷水豬手醬汁甜中帶鹹,豬手滷得好入味,軟硬度適中,個人十分喜歡,豬皮帶點煙韌,食落唔油,肉質嫩滑,啖啖肉,入口即化,調味料恰到好處,唔會過鹹,配飯一流呀!叉燒同臘腸係煲仔飯嘅經典搭配之一,叉燒肥瘦適中,軟腍唔嚡,油香四溢但食落唔膩,臘腸鹹香味突出,配上乾撈麵都幾特別,旁邊更有少量蔬菜幫助解膩,唔錯嘅combo🧡選擇困難人士認為豬頸肉配海南雞呢個搭配十分friendly,因為可以一次過試兩款菜式!豬頸肉爽口彈牙,海南雞嫩滑,無骨啖啖肉,油飯色澤夠黃而且好香,唔覺唔覺就清曬!船粉有牛/豬作配菜,牛肉豬肉有少少嚡但都OK,丸類反而幾有驚喜,一口一粒,爽口彈牙,河粉麵條滑溜,軟硬度適中,湯頭濃郁,幾掛汁,而且飲完都唔會覺得好口渴🤤
