越式大蝦米紙卷晶瑩通透的米紙卷,有大大隻蝦,口感Q彈,沾上魚露,酸甜的小清新口味。炭燒豬頸肉脂肪比例較高,所以口感特別軟滑爽彈,是泰國菜館必點的菜單之一,油脂均勻分布,食落唔會柴。泰式甜酸腰果炒雞肉醬汁酸甜好開胃,除左腰果仲有好多配料,有栗子、蓮子、粟米仔、甜椒。泰式濕炒河牛肉份量很多,配菜有芥蘭、椰菜、紅蘿蔔及香蔥,而炒河是先炒香,再放芡汁煮熟,整體味道很鮮甜,而且沒乾炒咁熱氣。泰式黑糯米燉蛋芒果糯米飯就食得多,配燉蛋真係第一次。燉蛋的做法既不是中式又不是法式,但配埋軟糯的黑糯米飯同埋椰絲椰肉,又好夾。
