約咗朋友今晚放工嚟呢度食飯輕鬆吓,傾吓偈,餐廳位置近海皮,環境又真係唔錯,好relax!1) 泰式柚子沙律 $118每次食泰菜都好鍾意嗌柚子沙律,就係因為佢夠開胃,但係有時會喺餐廳食到啲比較酸嘅柚子沙律。嘅柚子沙律一啲都唔酸,柚子仲係甜度好高,配埋花生、紅洋蔥粒,同埋蕃茄仔,再加啲酸酸「尾尾」嘅沙律汁,非常好食!2) 菠蘿海鮮炒飯 $138滿滿嘅一盤菠蘿海鮮炒飯!兩個人真係食唔晒啊!菠蘿海鮮炒飯材料好豐富,除咗菠蘿同海鮮之外,仲有啲提子乾、腰果、肉鬆一齊炒,令到個炒飯更加飽肚感up!3) 馬沙文咖喱魷魚釀豬肉 $148 + 蒜蓉包 $58第一次食唔辣嘅紅咖喱。好特別喎,見到係魷魚筒入面釀咗啲免治豬肉入去,完全唔知道泰菜係會咁樣整法。咖喱汁雖然唔辣,但係都好惹味,同蒜蓉包好夾!4) 炒蟹肉鹹蛋 $238呢個餸係喺廚師特別推介嘅Menu度揀嘅。呢個配搭又真係好新鮮喎!用原隻蟹肉、原隻鵪鶉蛋,加埋鹹蛋黃汁,同埋配菜去炒,啲汁甜甜地鹹鹹地。同樣,啲汁用嚟點蒜蓉包好正!呢個餸用嚟送飯都一流!5) 燉蛋黑糯米 $88好有創意嘅一道甜品,喺泰式甜品當中真係從未試過呢種食法。既有燉蛋嘅蛋香味、又有充滿椰香嘅爽脆椰絲,再加上暖暖哋嘅甜黑糯米嘅煙靭口感,層次真係好豐富呀!侍應態度好親切、好殷勤,態度又友善 。天氣涼涼哋喺度吹吓海風食住晚飯,感覺好舒服,簡直似係happy Friday,而唔係Blue Monday啊!

喺附近收工,見到依間平日夜晚都坐爆咁濟,價錢係尖沙咀嚟講都叫平!首先叫左大蝦刺身 $148,每隻都好大隻,肉質都好滑好有咬口,好新鮮!配埋個酸酸地個汁勁開胃另外試左黑椒炭燒雞 $118,有兩件炭燒雞,肉質食落好嫩滑唔會太乾身,黑椒味道好香就算唔加汁都好好食仲加左個飛天通菜 $98,炒得好有鑊氣,蒜蓉嘅香氣同埋辣椒嘅味都好濃,食落通菜入味爽口!最後叫左個蟹肉咖喱配蒜蓉包 $188,黃咖喱甜甜地好好食,蟹肉又多又綿滑。蒜蓉包都好脆口飲品試左泰式奶茶 $68,夠哂正宗夠哂甜依間整體質素真係好高!

沿着麼地道和梳士巴利道走一圈,街上多是食肆和酒吧。今晚我和先生走進一間氣氛不錯的泰越餐廳。我們先點了廚師推薦的椰漿炒魷魚作前菜。魷魚鮮嫩,泡在香濃椰香的湯汁中,味道清甜。一般泰國餐廳常見冬陰功或椰汁雞湯,但今晚不一樣。餐牌上竟有一道泰國潮州人常吃的蟹肉魚肚羹,成為亮點。魚肚滑溜,蟹肉紮實又多,魚湯鮮甜,令人驚喜。主菜我們選了泰式馬莎文咖喱羊腿。羊腿軟腍,用叉一挑骨就掉,咖喱香濃不辣。特別的是,除了洋蔥和薯仔,還有白蓮子、栗子和花生,配蒜蓉包吃非常惹味。雖然已經飽了,但嗜甜的先生說還可以再來一份芒果糯米飯。三球不同顏色的糯米,配上鹹香椰漿和清甜芒果,完美收尾。
