To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗咁多好西，今日就食泰國嘢。呢間餐廳係A出口行幾條街就到，一d都唔難搵。泰式酸辣鳳爪：鳳爪數量唔算好多，不過個汁好開胃，亦都好辣，鍾意食辣既一定覺得好正泰式炒金邊粉：炒得好好食，唔乾唔濕岩岩好。味道都超正，酸酸甜甜好惹味。生菜包：D肉係有陣醋定唔知青檸既酸味，唔係得個鹹字，好開胃！d生菜都好新鮮馬拉盞炒通菜：佢落既辣椒都幾多，唔食得辣既應該會覺得好辣。炒得好香，不過就唔係她矮到有馬拉盞既味道。
