To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工去九龍城都會想起佢，泰式口味夠地道，絕對有在泰國🇹🇭旅行時食到個種口感！今晚小食就點了珍寶腸沙嗲串燒，雖然串燒有好多選擇，但個人喜歡💕珍寶腸燒香脆嘅外皮，每一口都能感受肉汁在口中爆發嘅感覺！再加埋香濃沙嗲醬，正！見到出菜時渣渣聲嘅鐵板豬頸肉者芥蘭，於是都點了一個，鐵板上板熱辣辣，陣陣香氣撲鼻，芥蘭配上馬拉盞炒真係好惹味，每條芥蘭都食到香濃蔥蒜🧄味道，豬頸肉口感豐富、嫩滑，且肉質緊實。菠蘿雞肉炒飯，每一口飯粒都包裹著新鮮雞粒，搭配了酸甜可口的菠蘿口感豐富且多層次的味覺享受，還有伴碟肉鬆攪勻入口味道更佳，真係好味又醒胃！飲品就點了椰皇沙冰，椰肉和椰水一起打成奶白色的椰皇沙冰，入口種軟綿綿質感，每一啖都可以飲到香濃椰香的味道。
