今日要同老公出旺角整牙,咁就泊係始創先。老公心血來潮話想飲冬陰公,想開飯睇下就近泰菜,就揀左金魚街街尾一間泰菜啦。之前係附近等巴士都被佢既串燒香味吸引,因為佢既串燒檔係店外。好彩去到有位,唔駛等。但佢都幾多人下,樓上仲有一層。睇完餐牌我都叫左一個泰式炒金邊粉、燒豬頸肉、馬拉盞肥牛炒通菜、冬蔭功大頭蝦湯同燒和牛肉串。本身叫和牛串時,侍應話未開串燒爐,最後佢一開,侍應都即時問番我地仲要唔要 ,d阿姐態度都好好。豬頸肉最先到,好似好大碟,豬頸肉好淋身,醃得好入味,另外我地超喜歡佢點豬頸肉個汁,酸酸地有d青檸同香茅既味令人好鬼開胃馬拉盞肥牛炒通菜同埋炒金邊炒都隨後送上,d通菜好新鮮個汁又惹味。至於炒金邊粉,成碟紅當當,一食落口好清新,有少少香茅味,碟上仲配左一少片青檸同一堆花生碎,撈埋之後成碟野仲有層次左添,相信廚房係個汁都下左不少功夫。冬蔭功同和牛串最後到,湯一到我同老公都嘩然,因為大頭蝦真係好大呀,湯對我黎講偏辣,老公就覺得剛剛好,香草味重,感覺好Thai style。而和牛串一黎到我地覺得好特別,因為唔係沙嗲口味,碟上同和牛肉上有d綠色既汁,和牛肉之間仲夾住洋蔥同青椒,食落去會覺得好fr
