近期有點掛念泰式的咖哩包,不是每間餐都有的菜式,上星期相約朋友到九龍城曼谷海鮮燒烤屋回味一下。燒安格斯西冷牛扒燒得剛剛好,肉質嫰滑,肉味甚濃。泰皇咖哩法包軟殼蟹永遠忘不了這味道,將充滿蛋花的咖哩沾落酥脆的法包,啖啖都十分惹味。軟殼蟹香脆,蟹味濃郁。泰式生蝦刺身一盤六隻,肉質鮮甜,爽口彈牙,加埋蒜頭香味,味道更豐富。泰式拼盤(大)份量比我預期中多,有蝦餅、魚餅、雞棗和春卷,件件酥脆香口,春卷餡料十足,個人比較喜歡蝦餅,口感爽彈,加泰式辣醬更滋味。鐵板豬頸肉啫椰菜苗用上馬拉盞來做的,豬頸肉吃起來更惹味,菜苗鮮嫰香口。椰青每次必點的飲品,清甜無比。
