To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時行開深水埗都見到好多食市，但之前都冇乜時間等下來幫襯，今日見有d時間就睇吓邊間給引到我入去先見到呢間好似幾吸引，就入左去試最終叫左個：泰式海鮮炒飯、冬蔭公湯試得多，今次就試吓冬蔭公餃子和食泰國嘢冇可能唔叫嘅泰式拼盤。泰式海鮮炒飯：比起其他蝦膏、冬蔭公和馬拉盞炒飯噤濃味和惹味，但味道都幾好，幾多海鮮 ，有青口、魷魚和大蝦冬蔭公餃子：呢個等左好耐，因為係即叫即炸，上到檯還有煙出入囗煙辣辣，外皮好脆，內裏餡料好足好大隻，味道真係冬蔭公味，酸酸辣辣泰式拼盤：有（扎肉、春卷、雞棗和炸蝦餅）又係即吖即炸，樣樣熱辣辣，炸蝦餅好脆好彈牙，春卷咬落去脆咬咬，還有呢個柚子蜜糖醬和泰式酸甜醬，任你選擇
