前日去咗九龍城食泰國菜,約咗班朋友去咗金蘭花泰國菜呢間餐廳度食,本身我對泰國菜冇乜特別嘅好感,咁朋友好想食唯有就一就啲朋友入到去好大陣泰國馬拉盞炒通菜嘅味,都幾香嘅。咁我哋坐低之後帶嘢食我哋帶咗個泰式牛扒咖喱同蒜蓉包同埋炒菜,我哋仲有叫其他嘢嘅不過呢三樣嘢令到我對泰國菜改觀,頭先嗰個牛扒,本身我覺得泰國菜做牛扒應該係比較難嘅事因為想像唔到泰國同樓下會有關係,但係煮完出嚟泰國牛扒係幾好食一直都冇殘酒啲牛嘅味道亦都好好做到個牛扒應有嘅熟度, 唔會煮得太熟反而仲有口感鬆軟再加埋佢隔離泰國嘅醬汁人落去完全係估唔到嘅配搭,真係幾鍾意食呢個牛扒。🤤仲有攞嚟印咖喱嘅薄餅佢有啲似壽司薄餅但係佢嘅味道就係好食過手撕薄餅同咖喱係絕配同埋佢嘅咖喱真係都唔錯,一入門口就聞到炒馬拉盞通菜嘅咪當然要嗌返碟炒菜,估唔到一小疊記錯你都可以炒得咁香好有鑊氣,我嘅favourite 😚平時小食菜嘅我都成碟食晒大家可以試吓呢間泰國餐廳!
