To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小曼谷既泰菜真係好有地道風味，次次黎都要飲番個冬蔭功, 因為哩度個TOMYUM味係比較貼近泰國風味。今次揀左冬蔭雞湯, 湯底濃厚酸辣味夠哂突出, 除此之外仲多左陣雞湯既甜味. 雞件既肉仲好滑, 仲會用明火熱住, 哩個係出色既TOM YUM SOUP!!泰式腩肉炒椰菜苗咸咸香香, 豬腩既油同菜炒埋一齊又點可以唔香呢!! 就係因為佢忍唔住叫左白飯, 真係配飯一流。椰汁西米糕拼泰式干層糕賣相同泰國街頭見到既一樣樣, 味道都好似! 椰汁糕椰味香濃, 口感軟滑。泰式干層糕個種煙煙韌韌既口感好正, 仲有淡淡斑斕香。一人食一件, 剩低既番屋企宵夜, 正~
