係九龍仔運動場慢跑,跑左4KM,拉完筋,執埋D野就去附近搵野食。黎到龍崗道一間平民泰國菜館-金蘭花。諗左陣,就點左幾款菜式。咖哩炒蟹-炒蟹辣郊的,挺惹味,蟹膏不算太膩,蟹膏香味出。咖哩汁吃得出加了椰汁,使咖哩不會偏辣。蒜茸法國麵包(6件)-蒜蓉包烤得夠香脆,蒜容味挺香。沾上咖哩炒蟹的咖哩汁,味道更豐富。招牌拼盤-拼盤有春卷四條,香葉包雞兩件,蝦餅兩件,沙爹串四串,春卷炸得金黃香脆,入面肉汁豐富,包雞雞肉嫩滑,帶有陣陣荷葉香,蝦餅脆卜卜,蝦肉味香,串燒有牛有雞,點上醬汁味道更佳。
