To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日跟同事去了九龍城搵食，到左位於南角道之#小曼谷泰國美食，食番餐正宗嘅泰國菜，好彩到達時尚有位☺️，因都差不多滿座。餐廳於夜市堂食推出，指定菜式只需要$38，今晚是曼谷夜市火山骨，這個價錢真係超值，炆煮得夠淋入哂味，排骨好易咬開，底部嘅醬汁似冬蔭公的味道，酸辣好開胃啊。海南雞配乾麵，加$10轉左髀位，包配例湯好抵食，雞己起晒骨啖啖肉，皮薄又滑，我地都忍唔住食埋佢，雞髀肉嫩滑，配合醬汁拌勻麵一齊食就好美味了😋。牛肉併豬肉冬蔭公湯河，份量多很足料，爽的彈牛丸都有成6粒，新鮮豬肉肉都好多片，配料仲有草菇，味道多層次又惹味。青咖哩海鮮，食材有青口、鮮蝦、魷魚同蔬菜，咖哩帶有點辣，都唔錯。飲番支冰凍啤酒🍻，又過了一個愉快晚上🌃。
